Apartments-PDQ.com FAQs

How can you pay me $207?

Apartments-PDQ.com is paid by the apartment complex when they lease an apartment to a person we referred. We are functioning as a real estate broker or agent and are rebating a portion of the fee we receive.

Why $207?

$200 to help you move and $7 for good luck.

Why do you provide information on all apartments?

The simple answer is - its just the right thing to do.

We believe Zig Ziglar's saying "You can get anything you want by helping enough other people get what they want." If I was looking for an apartment community, I'd want to review information on ALL available apartments. I would not feel comfortable previewing the 5-20% of available apartments offered by competing services.

By providing the best available information, we believe we will build a loyal clientele who will refer their friends to us.

What if I rent an apartment at a property that does not pay a locator fee?

Simple - you get the best apartment for you, but you do not receive a $207 rebate. There is still no fee to use of search services.

What's the catch?

Clients have told us, "This is incredible, it just seems too good to be true. But then I used the service and it worked just like you said."

There is no catch. Apartment residents appreciate our open straight-forward approach. They really appreciate seeing the information on all apartments.

Sometimes we get paid. Sometimes we don't. But we always help people find the apartment which best fits their needs.

How quickly do I receive the $207?

We will mail a check within 5 days of receiving your rebate form.

How does the $1,000 drawing work?

Each person who leases an apartment at a community which pays locators will receive 1) a check for $207 and 2) a chance to win $1,000.

There is a one in one hundred chance of willing $1,000. Stated differently, one out of every 100 people who lease an apartment through our site at a property which pays locators will receive $1,000. Every 100th client will receive a check for $1,000!

How can I tell if I get the $207 rebate when leasing at an apartment community?

Apartments which do not pay a locator fee should note this on the site. You can also ask the on-site staff when you provide the Apartments-PDQ.com card.
