Apartments-PDQ.com is a service of O’Connor & Associates, LP. Please read this Agreement completely before using Apartments-PDQ.com. Anyone who uses Apartments-PDQ.com is a User. If the terms are not acceptable, please leave the site and do not use the service. The written content of this document forms our entire Agreement.

This is a marketing service or internet search engine to assist people in identifying apartments available for rent. All the information on this site is copyrighted.
Site Content and Use
The content of this site is copyrighted and may only be used for your personal use in identifying apartments available for rent. It may not be downloaded, copied, electronically displayed, electronically stored for any commercial use. You may print one copy of the content for your personal use in identifying apartments available for rent. You may electronically download information for apartments you are considering leasing. You agree to delete and destroy and information you download within 60 days. User agrees not to use the information for any commercial purpose. User agrees not to electronically harvest, scrape or gather any of the content of this site.
The copyright includes the information, photos, computer code and HTML coding.
User agrees not to redistribute, republish or alter the content.

Links to other sites are provided for the convenience of the User. Links are not an endorsement of any other site or service. User agrees to do their own due diligence of the sites and services connected by links.
Fair Housing
O’Connor & Associates, LP respects and honors Fair Housing laws. User agrees to report to Housing and Urban Development (HUD) any apartment complex or management company which appears to be violating Fair Housing laws. User agrees not to hold O’Connor & Associates responsible for Fair Housing law violations committed by any person, firm or entity contacted as a direct or indirect result of using Apartments-PDQ.com.
Termination of Service
O’Connor & Associates reserves the right to deny access to Apartments-PDQ.com to any person or entity for any legal reason without any notice.
Revision of Terms
User agrees O’Connor & Associates may revise the Terms of Use at any time and without prior notice by revising the content posted within the site. Changes become effectively immediately upon being posted.
Jurisdiction
User agrees Terms of Use will be construed in accordance with laws of the State of Texas. User agrees to exclusive venue of state district and federal courts in Houston, Harris County, Texas. By using this site, User agrees to waive any right to requesting venue in another location.
Cost to Use Site
There is no cost to use this site for your personal use in identifying an apartment to lease. There is no cost to list an apartment complex in Apartments-PDQ.com, even if you do not pay a locator fee.
When a User lists Apartments-PDQ.com as the referring source, the owner of the apartment complex and or management company will pay O’Connor & Associates, LP a fee if they cooperate with locators. O’Connor & Associates includes both apartments which do and do not pay locator fees in Apartments-PDQ.com.
Scope of Service
Lessee (apartment occupant / renter) and lessor (apartment owner / management company) agree Apartments-PDQ.com is not providing assistance in negotiating apartment leases, reviewing the suitability of an apartment or tenant, or engaging in providing legal, brokerage, consulting or other professional services. Lessor, lessee and any User agree O’Connor & Associates is not acting in a fiduciary capacity for either party.
Warranty
O’CONNOR & ASSOCIATES DOES NOT MAKE ANY WARRANTY OR REPRESENTATIONS REGARDING ANY ASPECTS OF ANY PROPERTY LISTED IN APARTMENTS-PDQ.COM. O’CONNOR & ASSOCIATES DOES NO DUE DILIGENCE OR RESEARCH OF EITHER TENANTS / RENTERS OR OF APARTMENTS OR ANY OTHER PROPERTIES WHICH USE OR ARE LISTED ON APARTMENTS-PDQ.COM. USER AGREES NOT TO BRING ANY CLAIM AGAINST O’CONNOR & ASSOCIATES. DUE TO THE DIFFICULTY OF CALCULATING ACTUAL DAMGES, USER AGREES THE MAXIMUM DAMAGES AND CLAIM AS A RESULT OF THIS SITE IS THE COST TO USE THE SITE.
USER AGREES ANY CLAIMS WILL BE RESOLVED ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND NOT THROUGH CLASS ACTION LITIGATION.
Unenforceable Terms
If any term is found to be legally unenforceable, User agrees that terms will be enforced as closely as possible to what is in this agreement. In addition, if any term is found legally unenforceable, the remainder of the agreement remains in full force and effect. User agrees any ambiguous language will be interpreted in favor of O’Connor & Associates.
Entire Agreement
User agrees this is the entire Agreement and that it has not been and can not be modified verbally. User agrees the only option to alter this Agreement is in writing. User agrees not to use this site (Apartments-PDQ.com) if this Agreement is not acceptable.
